Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of receiving your product.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, components, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
